Hey PI-Fans,

We’ve unpacked another pile of board games this week, with a new kids title, a two player board game and a pocket puzzle making their way onto the shelves.

The big ticket for this week is Azul Duel, a two player variant of the classic board game Azul. Featuring a variant scoring system rebalancing the tile drafting mechanic that defines Azul for a two-player showdown, Azul Duel deserves a spot in the collection for anyone looking for a neat two-player experience.

Parents looking to getting the young ‘uns started with gaming, can take a look at Mr Wolf, a kid friendly memory game themed around finding barnyard animals and hustling them back to the barn before night falls and Mr Wolf comes out.

Rounding out this week is an amazing pocket-sized puzzle Ubongo – The Brain Game to Go, a tiny puzzle-based adaptation of the Ubongo speed game, sized to fit in a pocket sized case with over 200 brain teasing puzzles.

As always, pop on over folks! We’d be happy to have you! Play Games, Have Fun!

Immerse yourself in the art of tile-laying as you compete to decorate the magnificent ceilings of Sintra Palace.

Azul Duel invites you to play with light and pit opposites against each other. The latest standalone addition to the Azul family, players draft tiles from a number of “factories” to complete rows on their board, move those pieces to scoring positions and earn points.

This competitive strategic game for two players retains the purity and elegance of the original Azul while adding an extra tactical dimension in which you determine the pattern in which tiles will be placed, in addition to drafting tiles to complete that pattern.

As a group, work together in Mr. Wolf to help all the farm animals get back to their barns for the night before Mr. Wolf comes around!

In this game for younger audiences, players keep an eye out for him as you flip over the animal tokens. Every time you find Mr. Wolf, he creeps one space closer, and every time you find a farm animal, try to remember to which barn they belong.

Fill the barns before Mr. Wolf comes around, and you all win!
