Hey PI-Fans,

How’s the week going? We’re chugging along over here. Filling the shelves and stocking for fun as always.

As far as things go this week, the theme for the week appears to be focused on puzzles with a variant on a returning favorite and a new puzzle game gracing the shelves.

Returning this week along with a slab of Ubongo titles is Ubongo 3D, a tactile stacking game where players try to arrange piles of bricks into

This week also sees the arrival of Yeti Snack, another amazing puzzle game from the folks at Mandoo. Yeti Snack sees players rushing to manipulate a foldable ‘ice tray’ to stack, flip and cover up food item tokens to sate a hungry Yeti.

Stretch your mental muscles into the third dimension! In Ubongo! 3D, the hit puzzle game, players race to place three-dimensional blocks so they fit perfectly in a specific area on a puzzle card and completely fill a designated three-dimensional space.

The puzzle cards each have multiple puzzles on both sides: one side is easier, the other more difficult. Players collect gemstones for their performance and player with the most valuable gem collection at the end wins the game. A total of four difficulty levels makes this the perfect game for beginners and experts alike, allowing the whole family to play together.

Yeti was in trouble because his refrigerator was full of old ingredients. Use your wits to prepare snacks for Yeti by manipulating your ice tray. Yeti enjoys chewing on frozen food with his big teeth. Can you serve the snacks to Yeti before the ingredients melt away?

In Yeti Snack!, your objective is to quickly serve snacks according to Yeti’s demands. Each player arranges their snack tokens in their ice tray based on the set-up card. When a Yeti card is revealed, everyone starts manipulating their ice tray to move or stack the tokens so that they match the Yeti card’s instructions. The round ends when someone completes the task first or when all but one player make mistakes and are eliminated. The winner of the round receives the Yeti card and the set-up card used in this round as a reward. The first player to collect six sets wins.
