Hey PI-Fans,
Although it’s been mostly invisible changes from the retail end, behind the scenes, overseeing the warehouse move to a large space has been a rough few weeks. The retail team’s done an amazing job covering while I disappeared into the morass that was the warehouse.
On the other hand, things never cease in the gaming sphere as stock continues to flow into the store even if I’ve been too inundated to make noise about it.
The Euro-style city-builder Kutná Hora: The City of Silver and the Tzolk’in: The Mayan Calendar – Tribes & Prophecies Expansion will happily slot into the library of any gamer. People seeking lighter fare can consider the Dobble DC Comics edition or expand their copy of 5 Minute Dungeon with the 5-Minute Dungeon: Curses! Foiled Again! expansion. Role players can also pick up the 2024 revised edition of the Dungeons & Dragons – Players Handbook.

Join other ambitious guild leaders in mining and developing the famous City of Silver during its period of rapid economic growth and expansion in the 14th century.
Kutná Hora: The City of Silver is a historical city-building Eurogame for 2-4 players that features a real-life supply and demand experience in which every action you take has an impact on the game’s dynamic economic systems. In each round, players take turns selecting actions from a hand of double-sided cards to engage strategic plans like mining, purchasing plots of land on which to build, gaining permits, raising buildings for their affiliated guilds, gaining profit from their production, and of course working towards the construction of Saint Barbara’s Cathedral. The asymmetrical nature of each player’s available guilds makes for highly interactive rounds in which each decision impacts the economy and other players in interesting ways as they expand their mines and build infrastructure across a shared board.
Kutná Hora: The City of Silver: 2-4 Players, 60-120 mins, Ages 13+
In Tzolk’in: The Mayan Calendar – Tribes & Prophecies, each player now becomes the leader of a particular tribe, each of which has a special ability that only that player can use. The game includes 13 tribes to provide plenty of variety.
With this expansion, the game of Tzolk’in: The Mayan Calendar is also influenced by three prophecies that are revealed ahead of time and fulfilled when the time is right. These prophecies give players other opportunities to score points, but they can also lose points if they don’t prepare themselves for the prophecy effects. As with the tribes, the expansion includes 13 prophecies.
This expansion also has new buildings and components that allow up to five players to compete.

In Curses! Foiled Again! the Dungeon Master has unearthed a book of magical curses, and unleashed terrifying new threats to haunt the heroes.
Curses! Foiled Again! is an expansion for 5-Minute Dungeon that brings new challenges and abilities to the party in their quest to defeat the Dungeon Master. Those who are clever enough to escape the original chaotic, cooperative, real-time card game of 5-Minute Dungeon are challenged to try the expansion kit that includes new heroes, deadly curses, and powerful artifacts.
